They certainly don't appear in Louis Prima's original in the Disney cartoon, so I
haven't included them here
Strum the first string of the chord with your thumb (eg- for Am you would strum the A string) then strum
the rest of the strings in that chord with your fingers. This will get you the most authentic sound.
The isn't a guitar song, so the strumming pattern is very subjective and should be used as a base for your
own. There's also no good/easy way to put a pattern for a swing tempo, so be creative
