For this song, tune down the five upper strings (i.e. all except for
the 6th, the lower E-string) down 3 semi-tones. To match the key on the
recording, put on a capo on the 3rd fret to make the strings sound
G-A-D-G-B-e.
Alternatively, one might just tune up the 6th string up 3 semi-tones to G,
but that may break the string, so option 1 is definitely recommended.
