I Smell Winter by The Housemartins Recently, I listened to the "Now That's What I Call Quite Good" CD, where "I Smell Winter" is the opening track. Wanting to play it on my acoustic, I realized there were no tabs or chords to be found, which is a shame, as this is a great (albeit lesser known) tune. Playing around a little bit, I came up with the chords below. There is just a crappy video of the song played live on YT, so it's hard to verify that's the way Stan Cullimore plays it. But anyway, it sounds OK playing along with the CD, so the chords and the tuning seem right. Suggestions are alway welcome. Enjoy! Standard tuning, no capo.
