I played this song numerous times through, listening carefully for the correct chords. If you play the
chords and melody on the piano, as played in the song, what I've written sounds very nearly accurate.
The only thing I'd suggest is playing Bb/F/C/Gm in the chorus instead of Bb/F/C/Dm
if you think that sounds more accurate. Near the end of the song, though, especially
in the outro section, Gm begins to sound a little off. This is why I've listed Bb/F/C/Dm.
