It repeats through most of the song. Around 1:00, the bass comes in and the line is
repeated: "Cause I feel
sweet emotion, every time you're near me, every time you are near." Next, Luke sings
"And I feel like your
creation, every time you're near me, every time you are near."
On that second line, instead of playing F# F A#m C#, play F# F A#m A#m.
This variation occurs a couple more times for the rest of the song during the chorus-y
parts. Just listen for
the A#m to be played twice, and you got it.
