I absolutely adore this song. It's played in standard tuning with a capo across the top five strings (leaving
the bottom E open) making it a sort of drop-D tuning. The reason he does it like this rather than just
tuning the bottom E down is to make the fingering actually possible. When he plays it live, he does so with
the capo across the second fret; the In The Throes version is actually half a step lower, so tuned down half
and then still capoed across the second fret. I've worked from this version:

No idea what the actual chord names are so I'm just going with approximations. I've made this look complicated
but it really is actually very deceptively simple once you nail the picking pattern. He actually plays
alternating bass strings with his thumb throughout the entire song, so if you want a note-perfect rendition,
that's how to do it. I think it makes it easier and less rushed without doing that though, so I've not added
those into the tab (apart from in the chorus, where I think it's necessary). Experiment with it though and see
how you feel.
