This tab is now in its third revision (and, to my knowledge, is the most accurate available) following comments from other users and from information I've found elsewhere online. Please see my message below the tab for clarification. d|0-----0--------------------------------------------------------------------| A|-0h1h3-3-1-0-1-------------------------------------------------------------| F|--------------2------------------------------------------------------------| C|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| Let the 2 on the F ring throughout. I've copied the post below: "I asked Alex's guitar tech before the Santa Cruz gig what his Ovation Viper is tuned to and he told me it's a whole step down (D Tuning, also called One Step Lower, Whole Step Down, Full Step or D Standard. Each string is lowered by a whole tone or two semitones resulting in D-G-C-F-A-D. For "Aviation", "Element of Surprise", uses capo 2nd fret for "I Want You" so he can play the chords like standard tuning." In light of this I have transposed the original tab to D Standard tuning. The live performance linked below is good reference material, and proves my reasoning for letting the last note ring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJ2zcg5hBa4&ab_channel=daianamastrocola
