In verse, I liked how sound with chord in medium position.
Of course you Of course, you play the way you like more.
At the start of some lines, play a riff that I draw bellow, end in G chord

[Verse 1]
G Am
I was once a Sunday kneeler
                C D G
When I saw the leadlight, fall from the pane
                     G Am
I didn't know that the grass, was not only greener
            C D G
Upkeep is cheaper, when you embrace the rain
                                 Am
So I jumped down to lay with my leadlight
             C D G
Under your spotlight, I lay with the shards
                         G Am
I didn't know that the ground, is not only harder
        Fmaj7/C D G
Oh but colder when you are not around

[Chorus]
   Fmaj7/C C G
I love you my darling I do!
           F C G
But I can let possession make a fool of you
   Fmaj7/C C G
I love you my darling I do!
              F C G G/B
But I can't promise I'll be here to see this whole love through

[Verse 2]
   G Am
So I ran with dreams to reach the skyline
              C D G
Straight up that incline, I ran towards the blue
                     G Am
I didn't know that the sky, is not only wider
         Fmaj7/C D G
Oh but clearer when I'm standing next to you

[Chorus]

I love you my darling I do!
           F C G

I love you my darling I do!
              F C G G/B

Capo 1

[Intro]
G Am Am7 Am C G
G Am Am7 Am C G

[Verse 1]
           G
These new lines on my face
            G
Spell out "girl pick up your pace
        Am D
If you want to stay true to what your younger self would do"

[Verse 2]
          G
And this kink in my walk
          G
Makes me focus when I talk
      Am
If I can't trust my feet
              D/A D7
Then it's my tongue I choose to keep

[Verse 3]
             G
And I walk slow so I can read
        G
Let my head fall, my hips lead
            Am
Why'd you write the words so small?
         D
Did you fool me, are they words at all?

[Verse 4]
        G
Or are you pulling down the veil
          G
Keeping grounded as you set my sail?
        Am
By the time I pull it off
       D
All my innocence is lost

[Verse 5]
            Am
And oh I'm good, I think I'm good
            Fmaj7
Will I be great, will I be great?
       C G
Is it money I wanna make or is it sweet love for his sake?

[Verse 6]
               G
And these new parts I now need
            G
To help me function, help me feed
            Am
They are beyond my modest earnings
        D
Oh the girls they keep turning up the heat
   G
As if it's cold
         C
But I'm hot, too hot to hold
Am D
I'll burn a hole right through the hull

[Chorus]

Will I ever see the land?
    C
Oh water can't revive me

I need dirt in my hand

G Am Am7 Am C G

[Verse 7]
             G
See I have charm and I have sight
         G
And I always try and do what's right
            Am
But I have faults you know it's true
             D D7
Especially when it comes to treating you well

[Verse 8]

I will work when all my thoughts are mine again
           Am D
See I was sure at the start, turns out I tried too hard

Capo 1

Hi, the changes from Esus4 to Asus2 and from Amaj9 to E shoul be done fast
and putting the strum accent in Asus2 and E ... this will give you the rhythm.
This changes are in the 1st and 3rd time, and it's all the song almost the same
Like this:

E E4 A2 A9 E E4 A2 A9
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 -

Also I used a short chord name to make easy reading.

it's look hard but if you try will see that it's just a lot of chords but easy to
play.

As allways, suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Oh just think, what we could be

So don't you waste my time
                   A9 E E4 A2
  Don't you waste my time
    A9 E E4 A2 A9 E E4 A2 A9 E
On small talk and cheap wine

As always, suggestions are welcome, thanks.

[Intro]
E

[Verse]
  E
Driving home the road makes me feel smaller
    E
My fear forces my hand into the shoulder
       A
And I feel you darling on my own
E
Every mile brings you a little closer

[Chorus]
      A E
I'm driving into the Hay Plain
         A E
I won't survive the night if you don't stay in your lane
     A E
I'm heading away from that wide sunset
          A
Wondering if my new man
        E
Misses me yet

[Verse]
 E
Baby you don't have to drive me round no more
            E
I went and got myself a car so I can pay you back for
         A
All the times you took me back home
E
Every mile brings you a little closer

[Chorus]
      A E
I'm driving into the Hay Plain

     A E
I'm heading away from that wide sunset

Is in love with me yet

[Interlude]

I've been keeping my skin for when you fly in
         A
And you want me, physically

[Verse]
          E
Besides that night in Adelaide in the back of a cab
        A

I've been keeping my eye for when you come online
         A
And you need me, emotionally

[Outro]

B7 x21202
B7(#5) x2100x

[Verse]
E
Don't let the kids win
Just let them lose
                        A
They're not gonna learn anything
                      F#m B7
If that's the way you choose to play

E
Don't let the kids win
Just let them fall
                    A
You don't want them growing up thinking
F#m B7
Three year olds are good at playing basketball

               E
Don't let your grandmother die
While you're away
                A
A cheap trip to Thailand's not gonna make up
F#m B7
For never getting to say goodbye

                   E
And don't let your brother
Stop thinking you're cool
                  A
I know he's got a girlfriend now and he's taller
F#m B7
But that don't mean he's stopped looking up to you

[Chorus]
E
I've got a feeling
That this won't ever change
            A
We're gonna keep on getting older
           F#m B7 E
It's gonna keep on feeling strange

[Verse]
E
Don't let your friends turn cold
While you burn to green
          A
When they walk off the stage embrace them
                   F#m B7
And say that's the best shit I've ever seen

                   E
And don't let your sister
Walk down the aisle
        A
Without pulling her close saying I love you and it's okay
     F#m B7
If I don't see you for a while

[Chorus]
E
I've got a feeling
That this won't ever change
            A
We're gonna keep on getting older
           F#m B7 E
It's gonna keep on feeling strange

[Verse]
              E
Don't let the time go by
Without sitting your mother down
                 A
And asking what, life was like for her before you came
To be around and tell her it's okay
                    F#m
If she puts herself first
                                         B7
Us kids will be alright if we're not the centre of her universe

[Chorus]
E
I've got a feeling
That this won't ever change
            A
We're gonna keep on getting older
           F#m B7
It's gonna keep on feeling strange and
        E
After a late one, I don't know anything
           A
Except the more I keep on talking
         F#m B7(#5) E
The less breath I got left to sing
