I just wanted to make this song as easy as possible. And one more thing... At the very very end I play that last C as Cmaj7 x-3-2-0-0-0. If you would like to play the low E string as well that's fine. It gives more of a messy sound which I quite like. These minor changes help you sound closer to the piano on the song :)
