For this intro to sound nice, you have to let the bass note continue ringing even when you're playing the hammer-on on the B-string. This means that when you play the G/B, your middle finger must continue holding down the B note, which is the 2nd fret on the A-string. 2. The part where you pluck the C-shape is syncopated. When you play it the 2nd time, there's a slight pause after, before you hit the F. 3.
