This literally just a reskin of axeslinger_CJB's original tab, it just never sounded quite right to me so I
started playing it this way instead and I thought I'd post it for any who are interested.
I normally play this a half step down to better fit my voice, but it still plays fine in standard.
[Verse]
E
There's a place in a piney hollow

That no one but me can find
E
Some Choctaw built it in the hillside
G A E
Stone by stone in a simpler time

It's a holy place, my daddy showed me
E
Back before this land of mine
A G E
On the blue side of the mountain
G A E
Where the sun don't ever shine
[Chorus]
A G A E
So deep and dark like a hurtin' down in my heart
A G
Maybe somethin' there will show me some kind of sign
A G E
On the blue side of the mountain
G A E
Where the sun don't ever shine
(Remaning verses/choruses are the same as above)
(Instrumental Breaks are based of the verses)
