Old tune from the 1930s. Goes by many names and recordings. 
The versions differ greatly. I will use a standard swing jazz version.
The most famous recordings include Rina Ketty, Django Reinhardt, Michael Jary, Dalida, ...

Originally called "Tornerai" (Italian) the song was also recorded in German
under the titles "Komm zurück" and ""Au revoir", in Czech ("Věřím vám"),
in Polish as "Czekam cię", ...
I will use the french lyrics in this case.

As this is a jazz standard, you can get creative with the chords 
and add more than I transcribed. For example:

sounds very nice.
