This is only the introduction up until she starts singing properly. It's called "Corner" by Allie Moss from her album and was recently in the BT infinity advert. Listen to the song to get the full rhythm: it's a bit like "Hey there Delilah" by the White Tees in it's one note, then a power chord...it's about 122 cbpm but not exact so off listening to the song!
