All the way through it's just the same four chords repeated. Each repetition is one round. All the way through Lou Reed is playing some simple bar chords on a clean electric guitar. There's no pattern to it or any notable parts, so I didn't see any point in transcribing any it. At the end he does some basic Hendrixy solo stuff, which isn't anything special either. However, in the Choruses he plays a nice guitar layer.
