Tough because even I could tell it was in an open tuning, I wasn't sure what that tuning was. I started open C when I heard the droning C chord at the very end of the intro. So I started a bit with Powertabs, my personal favorite song-learning and -writing program, and voila! have what I believe to be a totally accurate interpretation of the intro right here.
