3.(ph)=pinch Harmonic(when u strum and right after the pick strums the string your thumb slightly 
  touches the string to make the vibration ring)
4.(v)=Vibrato(when you bend the string up and down rapidly to change pitch
5.(ph&v)=a pinch harmonic and vibrato done at the same time
